Your mandate within the company will be to take care of receiving and shipping the products. You will also manage the company’s inventory and plan transportation.

Detailed functions

  • Check the goods received;
  • Take inventory;
  • Prepare delivery notes;
  • Prepare packages for shipment;
  • Purchase logistics services;
  • Complete and send the required forms;
  • Complete refund requests for defective, missing or damaged products;
  • Ensure the cleanliness and storage of the warehouse and its workstation;
  • Study the operating costs of logistics services;
  • Ensure customs clearance of goods;
  • Determine, negotiate, prepare and organize the movements (national and international) of goods and people according to the best value for money;
  • Choose means of transport and establish routes;
  • Perform supervision, inventory management, warehousing tasks;
  • Find information about transportation laws and regulations;
  • Research information on international economic agreements;
  • Establish a supply and inventory management strategy.


  • Relevant training in the field;
  • Bilingualism (English-French);
  • Mastery of the Office suite.
